The Highly Effective
SF Comprehensive Intervention Program

Effective for autism, PDD, Asperger's syndrome, ADHD, leaky gut, malabsorption problems, candidiasis. Effective remedy for chronic health problems in general, including digestive disorders, headaches, asthma, mood swings, OCD, fluctuations in cognitive abilities, MCS, arthritis, asthma, eczema and other skin problems, congestion, ear infections, anxiety, seizure disorders, muscle spasms.

Effective for elimination of food allergies and sensitivities, chemical sensitivities, mold, pollens and the conditions that result from repeated, long term exposures.

The SF Comprehensive Intervention Program combines a highly effective dietary intervention program and a highly effective environmental avoidance program with direct and intense counseling. The counselor, skilled in both dietary and environmental intervention and practical approaches to day to day issues, provides cause/effects assessments of exposure patterns, helps to assure that recommendations are followed, and provides experienced assistance and suggestions that make dealing with day to day issues easier. The program obtains fast results, so that within 5 weeks you can determine if this is an appropriate long term program for you.

For 20 years people have been achieving spectacular results through this program. In the past year the experience and progress of 47 participants in the program were followed and the research results have been documented.

ONGOING RESEARCH PROGRAM

In 2000, a group of 47 participants with severe symptoms entered
the SF Comprehensive Intervention Program
Researchers monitored their progress for one year; the subjects rated all symptoms and complaints weekly

Included in the group of 47 participants, were 23 autistic children, the remaining 24 were children and adults suffering from a wide variety of conditions and severe symptoms including: digestive problems, asthma, eczema, migraine headaches and other headaches, seizures, muscle spasms and muscle pain, fluctuations in temperament and cognitive abilities.

Each person was assigned a personal counselor to work with weekly. Diet: Each person was placed on an individually tailored version of the SF diet, and followed simple general guidelines for reducing environmental exposures. In the early weeks in the program the emphasis was on elimination of all food-related symptoms. Environmental: Maintaining this diet, each person was instructed to continue a normal routine, and report any additional changes in symptom levels. These fluctuations were the basis for cause and effect assessments to determine the cause for the symptoms, and additional instructions needed to avoid these exposures. The counselor and subject then worked together to develop effective implementation strategies that the participant then followed. This process was repeated. With each step the person's health improved, symptom levels were reduced, and reactions became fewer and farther between. This continued until there were no further symptoms to report. Expansion: Each person then followed a step by step plan for adding foods to the diet while maintaining a symptom-free state. Final: Because seasonal changes can cause fluctuations in exposures and symptom patterns, each person continued to work with the counselor to maintain a symptom-free status throughout the year.

Research Results

100% of the subjects improved during the program;
for virtually all the improvements were spectacular.

In 5 weeks, 10% had improved at least 80%
In 10 weeks, 28% had improved at least 80%
In 15 weeks, 48% had improved at least 80%
In 20 weeks, 73% had improved at least 80%
In 36 weeks, 100% had improved at least 80%

The graphs following show the average symptom reduction for patients from week to week. Symptoms and results vary greatly between individuals. Within the first 3-5 weeks of the program dramatic reduct.

ions in symptoms are the norm. Subsequent weeks focus on reducing remaining symptoms to a zero symptom point that facilitates immune system recovery and healing.
