Special Food's Baking Powders

Special Foods!TM makes many kinds of baking powders. The reason is that many people are on rotation diets and need different flours each day.

All baking powders require flour of some type to keep the active ingredients apart, otherwise they will react spontaneously and release the leavening agent before the product can reach the customer! Grocery store baking powders all contain corn-starch; this causes a problem for many people. Also many recipes in food allergy books call for baking powders in various recipes.

Assorted Special Foods baking powders
You can select a baking powder that fits in your rotation diet and use it in the recipes you find, and this makes it easier to follow the diet.

We do not provide recipes with our baking powders; instead we provide recipes when requested with the flours that are ordered. For all baking powders, the ingredients are as follows: listed flour, calcium phosphate, and baking soda. Each baking powder is available in an 8-ounce sized package.
