Nutritional Breakdowns

On this page we have provided you with the nutritional breakdowns of the tubers and exotic grains we use. The nutritional information for tubers or grains are listed as dried, and are based on one pound amounts. Almost all of our baked goods and pastas contain exactly one pound of flour, so these values can be directly applied to them. We have listed the calories per pound, and the percentages of carbohydrates, protein, fat, fiber, water, and minerals contained in each tuber or grain. We have also listed the nutritional breakdowns for standard wheat flour. No, we do not sell wheat products, but we thought you would like the comparative information. We hope that this chart will assist you in meeting your nutritional needs.
